These Terms govern your use of baregate (baregate.com). By creating an account or paying for a plan, you agree to these Terms. This is a placeholder draft — replace with reviewed legal text before launch.

1. Service

baregate provides access to a VPN network in exchange for a recurring fee. Configuration files for OpenVPN, WireGuard and IKEv2 are issued per-account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, to attack other systems, to send unsolicited bulk email, or to evade our rate limits.

3. Billing

Subscriptions are charged in USD via Stripe. You can cancel any time in the customer portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.

5. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.
