How do I connect after I sign up?
After your first payment, the dashboard shows download buttons for OpenVPN, WireGuard, and IKEv2 configs. Import the file into your client of choice and connect.
Which platforms work?
Anything that speaks OpenVPN (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, most routers), WireGuard (same list), or IKEv2 (native on macOS/iOS/Windows). No custom apps required.
Can I cancel?
Yes — open the customer portal from your dashboard and cancel. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Do you keep logs?
We log connection start/stop and byte counts so we can bill quota and surface usage to you. We do not log destinations or DNS queries.
How fast is it?
Each plan caps at the listed Mbps. Real-world speed depends on your link and the protocol you pick (WireGuard tends to be fastest).
